First GasMate RC – .40c

Its been a little while since I have done a significant update. I managed to fix the maintenance bug (I hope) for real this time. You will also notice that you *should* be able to use just your fingers to enter in new readings(tap the numbers). I have the ODO reading automatically brought into the numbers but not the others, since they will go up and down with time. I could change this later on. Check the screenshots below……
You will need to have followed the upgrade instructions for .26 already to make the DB change. As always, .Net 3.5 and SQLCE are required.

When I run it it displays “Error: An unexpected error has occured in GasMate.exe. Select Quit and then restart….” Just doesn’t work on my HTC Touch Pro CMDA WM 6.5 MIGHTYROM

Possibly, before it was crashing so I need to figure out what was doing that and hopefully add it.

Like another above, “When I run it it displays “Error: An unexpected error has occured in GasMate.exe….” I am attempting to run this on a Palm Treo Pro (WM 6.1) which (if it makes any difference)has a 320 X 320 screen. Also, I put it on the Storage Card, rather than the main memory.
And I was so looking forward to this!

I get the same error on a mighty rom touch pro wm6.5 at the details screen it says
Gasmate.exe
MissingMethodException
File or assembly name

You need to install SQLCE

Very nice programme, easy to use.
Would it be possible in a future update to add the option of curency settings? would be nice to have a £ instead of a $

I have the sprint HTC touch pro and have tried to install the SQLCE and can’t get it to install have all so got it from you and MS website can you help

This program looks good but, when I try GasMate today and try to add reading I get an error and Gasmate quit. See message below
